Following the accident involving the ultralight aircraft that took place at Kasunua farms, at Asutuare in the Eastern Region, on the 17th March 2022, a team of investigators were tasked to delve into the roots of the accident to find the event that led to its crash.
The entire duration of the investigation was a month, and on the 12th may2022, the investigator-in-charge handed over the final report of the investigation to the commissioner of the Aircraft Accident & Incident Investigation & Prevention Bureau.
